Mrs. RaChelle Fears-Neal
Owner / Director

Hello! My name is RaChelle Fears-Neal and I am the proud Owner/Director of Faith in Motion Christian School of Dance & Fitness.
My husband, Mikel, and I reside in Marion and have four adult children, three beautiful grandbabies & our little Pocket Bully, Khobi.
I bring over 47 years of dance experience to FIM and have participated in a plethora of dance competitions and workshops throughout the years. However, after accepting Christ as Lord of my life, I vowed to commit my gift of dance for the uplifting, blessing and building of His Kingdom!
Faith in Motion was birthed as a church dance ministry at Allen Temple AMEC in 1999, which opened doors of opportunities for me to organize and direct various church and educational facilities’ dance ministries. Eventually my clientele base exceeded my ability to continue as a “mobile” ministry and I put my “Faith in Motion” and opened our first location in 2007.
Prior to opening FIM I had the honor of managing a new dance studio in Kokomo, IN. That management opportunity derived from the 20+ years of experience I gleaned as a dance instructor with a local studio.
As the Overseer of FIM it is not only my responsibility to manage the Sr & jrFaculty instructors, but I also serve as the Senior Administrator and lead as the Senior Director, providing guidance to my Assistant, Morgan, regarding program creativity and direction. Above all, my greatest reward is serving our students as Lead Instructor in multiple genres including Tap, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Ballet, Pointe and Interpretive Movement.
My heart’s desire is for people to use their God-given gift of dance in a manner that will usher an audience into the presence of God, to receive His salvation, healing, deliverance and restoration.
Our call, according to Isaiah 61, is to Rebuild, Restore & Renew as we minister through dance. So, bring your gift to Faith in Motion and Dance with a Purpose!
“The Spirit of the Sovereign LORD is on me, because the LORD has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners,[a]to proclaim the year of the LORD’s favor and the day of vengeance of our God, to comfort all who mourn, and provide for those who grieve in Zion—to bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair. They will be called oaks of righteousness, a planting of the LORD for the display of his splendor. They will rebuild the ancient ruins and restore the places long devastated; they will renew the ruined cities that have been devastated for generations.”
–Isaiah 61:1-4
