Dress Code

Modest full-coverage clothing should be worn at all times, and be appropriate for a co-ed class.

Students enrolled in a 60 minute class or higher are required to purchase a FIMdance unitard for $60, which will be utilized for practices and community events.

• ALL female dancers are REQUIRED to wear a leotard with tights OR the FIMdance unitard for ALL classes! The leotard must provide full coverage and have wide straps; dancers should wear leggings, ballet skirt, fingertip length shorts, yoga or sweatpants to cover the bottom of the leotard. FIMdance leotards are available with our FIMgear selections.
• Cover-ups & leg warmers permitted in all classes
• Hair MUST be pulled back off of the face in a ponytail or bun
• Dancer MUST have proper dance shoes for the technique(s) in which they are
  enrolled
• NO street shoes, hot pants, jeans, spaghetti straps, writing on buttocks, gum,
  candy, food, jewelry (except wedding band) & NO cell phones permitted in dance rooms
